Do I Have To Give Up Specific Food Types While On This Program?
Absolutely not.  One of the biggest problems with many diets and programs is severe restriction of certain types of food in order to yield a result.  That type of approach is not going to fix the problem, in fact it may only make things worse in the long run.  That's why with Kitchen Coach, we give you so much more creative freedom! You will be given guidelines that will help you implement foods/recipes that you ACTUALLY enjoy, plus one day each week to go have an "off-plan" meal. This is not only easier to follow, but FAR more sustainable. That means better results for you! 
I Just Signed Up, What Should I Do First?
Welcome aboard! This program is absolutely going to change how you look at healthy eating. Best thing to do is go through all of the videos inside the "START HERE" section.  In this section we've done mini-tutorials on how to use each section of Kitchen Coach. That way you can make the most of the tools we've built for you! 
I Can't Find It In The App Store, Where Do I Download It?
The Kitchen Coach program is actually a web-exclusive program that you will not find in any of the app stores. Do I Have To Track My Food And Count Calories?
Tracking your food is definitely something we suggest, but it is NOT required!  If all you did was commit to following our weekly meal schedules, you will see amazing results. That being said, the tools we've put into Kitchen Coach make tracking your food/calories/macros incredibly fast and easy, if it's something you choose to do! 
How Long Before I Start Seeing Results?
You will start FEELING a difference almost immediately. During your first 7 days, you'll start to get a feel for how easy we've made it to make amazing changes.  Some people see weight loss within days and others it may take a few weeks (there are many factors that dictate the outcome). For that reason, we recommend really diving into this program for at least 30 days. This will give you a chance to really see what it can do!
How Often Are Things Updated Inside Kitchen Coach?
This is something that was at the top of our priority list when designing this program. Every week we will add in additional content in SEVERAL areas of the program (this is explained further in the START HERE section of the app).
