The frequency and duration of your workouts will depend on your current fitness level and your goals.
Most often, our clients work out with their trainers three times a week for 45 minutes each session. Additional time for warming up, cardio and cooling down his optional.
Your fitness coach will conduct our comprehensive health/fitness assessment at your first workout and then every 12 weeks to monitor to your overall progress. Body composition testing (body fat %, circumference measurements, etc.) will be re-taken every 4-6 weeks.
